The MetalCloak Bolt-On Shock Mount Kit is for the lower rear axle on TJ/LJ Wranglers and provides more shock body clearance away from the axle.

The Bolt-On Shock Mount Kit is a CAD designed CNC formed, 3/16" steel, heavily reinforced bracket that is finished in [click for more...] gold zinc for a long lasting finish. This provides additional strength to the factory bracket and adds clearance for shock bodies for lifted applications where it is needed.
