The RockSport Black JL/JT Outboard Front Lower Shock Mount Spacer Kit is engineered to move the lower shock mounts away from the JL Wrangler & JT Gladiator Jeep frame rails specifically for RockSport Black 2.5in shock body clearance; brackets also turn shock eyelets for optimized performance.

When adding wheel travel shocks need [click for more...]space to move with the axle. Factory mounts will bind and run the shock into the frame causing damage. MetalCloak outboard shock mounts provide the shock bodies the room to keep from interfering with the Jeep frame rails. The brackets also reconfigure the shock eyelet 90 degrees from the OE so the shocks may pivot vs go into bind like factory mounted style.
